Exactly the same problem for me... When the iSight is NOT connected, the CPU utilization is more or less 9%. But when i connect the iSight (using the Device menu)... the CPU utilization is at 40 %. There is nothing running on Windows XP SP2 (For info, the Task Manager in Windows XP shows 1%...

The same here... I was in the same boat. As i already had a d: drive, i was obliged to drop the files on this drive (d:) in order to be able to launch the tools update program. This is clearly a bug that should be adressed. Otherwise, the 1970 build runs very well. Fred.

How about an option (in preferences) that would automatically "Pause" the VM when the Parallels window is minimized ? (and automatically resume it when the window will be re-opened) ? That would give users a very quick and efficient way to pause/resume their VM. Congrats for your top...
