System Tray, if it really should be allowed to be called that considering it crashes every now and again in Windows :-) Perhaps it could be built into the Parallels Tools center as that sits in the system tray.

Shortcut key to bring up Parallels menu? I have noticed that sometimes when you move from one desktop to another (using Virtue Desktops) the menu will appear - however it does not seem to be consistent. The addition of a shortcut key to bring up the menu would be extremely handy. :)
