Waiting on update I had not heard anything in some time on the fix for this problem so I contacted tech support on my ticket and they told me they have it fixed but it is in an update that they don't know when it will be out for us. Any idea on this update?

USB logging report I was asked to load "devices.usb.loglevel=3" into the CPU system flag in the configuration. I did that and tried to connect my Palm Centro. Error report ID is 49804. I have reported this on my ongoing trouble ticket as well.

Worked That worked - fiddled with a couple of the smaller fonts as I have my video settings at 16MB. However, best fix was forcing the DPI to 96.

Unfortunately, this has been such a problem that I've had to remove v4 and go back to v3 build 5620 so can't get the report generated. It is a Palm Centro which uses a version of Palm Desktop called Access in Vista. It is Palm's version 6.2. The Centro is a Sprint phone/PDA.
