Parallels Desktop for Mac build 3094 Beta 2 is available for download.

Build 3094 locks up my Mac Pro. If I open any virtual machine or try to create a new one the computer immediately locks up. Build 1970 works just fine with VT-x and all the stuff on unlike earlier versions. It just seems as if for me at least that this build is a step backwards even with the new...

Parallels Desktop for Mac build 3036 Beta is available for download.

Great job, guys. Computer lockups and freezes return yet again to the world of Parallels on the Mac Pro. Can't open any of my VM's with Parallels anymore. Must be some nice features. Too bad I can't try them out to tell you how they're going. Nothing works.

Internal build 1918 for Mac Pro and iMac Core 2 Duo

Oh I forgot. I do have a problem with ClearType working in Windows XP, but I'm sure the focus is just getting Parallels to work on the Mac Pro... and again great job.

Internal build 1918 for Mac Pro and iMac Core 2 Duo

Appears to work wonderfully on my machine. I was able to install Windows XP without a hitch, and have started testing websites on Internet Explorer 6 and 7. I get the "put your computer to sleep" message every once and a while, though. Great job, guys.

Internal build 1910 for Mac Pro and iMac Core 2 Duo

It's getting better. I don't get kernel panics, but the spinning beach ball of death occurs at random. I've never really gotten past the first stages of booting off of the Windows disc. Most of the time I'd get the beachball just trying to boot off the disc. I've followed prior suggestions to...

Thanks. Can't wait to try it when I get home.

Internal build 1910 for Mac Pro and iMac Core 2 Duo

So when you install the new build it doesn't want you to tell it to limit RAM like the previous one did? The thing is that I have to run a good bit of PPC programs (photoshop, Illustrator, and Painter IX) all at one time, so I really need that memory. That's why it's such a big deal to me. On...

Internal build 1910 for Mac Pro and iMac Core 2 Duo

Does this build still have to cap your available memory to 3GB?

Starting a virtual machine crashes Mac Pro (new Intel tower)

Thanks for the update, but installing new OSes causes kernel panics every single time I try (I've tried both Ubuntu and Windows XP). I don't have an intel mac to drag an already made virtual machine from. Forked over $80 a month ago for this. I guess I'll have to wait longer to even be able to...

Starting a virtual machine crashes Mac Pro (new Intel tower)

No, most of the gripes lately have been due to the lack of information on the site about its not working. That's the big problem here, not the fact that it doesn't work. People purchase the software thinking it will work as advertised, but low and behold they get kernel panics and a nice crash...

Starting a virtual machine crashes Mac Pro (new Intel tower)

Oh I'm pretty sure the devs here didn't either, but they DID know the day I purchased the software. My gripe is not that it doesn't work. Crap happens, but there is no notice anywhere on the website except here in the forums that it indeed doesn't work at the moment on Mac Pros. I thought...

Starting a virtual machine crashes Mac Pro (new Intel tower)

This is really a nice way to run a business. Very nice. There's a problem with a new computer released and there's no mention of the problem on the website anywhere except the support forums. I just bought this software yesterday to run on my new Mac Pro. Great job. Just great. For some odd...
