    Thank you for your reply. https://kb.parallels.com/en/113990 did not resolve the issue. The app is grayed out, zero bytes - not able to move, or remove to trash.

    Mac Air 2013 running Parallels 14.1.3 under Mojave suddenly, irretrievably died. Bought new Mac with Monterey. Migrated data with my backup from time machine. Everything transferred, however Parallels 14.1.3 would not run on Monterey, so bought upgrade to Parallels 17. It will not start...
