    Is Option View->Customize->Coherence->"Exclude Dock" enabled? If it is, then try to resize Dock by mouse (more than 10 pixels...). Still the same? Please, maximize any window in guest and place screenshot of entire Mac Desktop here. Thanks. Serg.
