Not at all...I think you are just confusing the Windows "share folders" operation with that of accessing a shared folder on the Host Mac OS. For you to see the Bootcamp partition (the volume is \volumes\no name) simply use the PW Shared Folders to create a shared folder to that volume...

It sounds like you are trying to use the Windows XP (Guest OS) Share Folder to share a folder that the guest OS hasn't been told how to see yet...if I understand your last post...if that is correct, you can't see anything on the host until you enable a function of the guest OS to see it...either...

The VM won't be able to see it, or any volume, unless you either use the PW Shared Folders option and add the volume \Volumes\NO NAME\ to your shared folders list, or you can enable Windows Sharing and create share points for the volume \Volumes\NO NAME.

I just use the PW menu option to "Clone VM" (from the VM menu when the VM guest is Off or Suspended). If the Vm you are copying has been suspended, then there will also be a .sav file.

Others are having the same issue with being resent the same key and validation dates...Parallels does confirm that all beta testers will receive extentions... http://forum.parallels.com/thread1285.html so hopefully new keys will be generated for you soon.

Sorry, I wish I could help. I have gone to my account twice now and each e-mail has a new Activation key and has a different 30-day range. From the other thread I referenced, parallels states that beta testers will get an extended key, so maybe this is done on their system and your account...
