Same issue as posted before.
Two monitors: 1280x800(macbook) & 1440x900
The resulting MS resolution is 2720x727 (screenshot)
At first the taskbar stretched across the larger montior right through the center, I had to do this to my monitor arrangement to make it stretch across the bottom...
