    UnrealEd is insanely buggy. You might fix the viewports by going to View -> Viewports -> Configure... and fudging with the options. Also, editing UnrealEd.ini might help.

    XNA requires DirectX 9.0c and Shader Model 2.0, neither of which Parallels supports, IIRC.

    You can change the amount of VRAM available to a VM under Memory in its configuration screen. However, Parallels takes this out of your Mac's RAM, not your video card's. In addition, Parallels doesn't do any 3D acceleration, so the only thing more virtual VRAM does is enable higher color depth...

    parallels only stops to the desktop

    If you open the VM directly from Finder it'll always auto-start on open and auto-quit on shutdown. If you open Parallels and select the VM there it shouldn't do either, unless you told it to.

    Parallels could make it so that dragging Windows shortcuts out turns them into magical inter-OS shortcuts. Or dragging items that are not shortcuts while holding a key combination. And if it's really cool, it can retain whatever icon it had in Windows. And you can have the protocol work in Linux...

    I keep getting the OS Installation Assistant

    I've got the same problem. .parallels-vm-directory was empty, but putting aliases to the .pvs files in there fixed it. I'm also not getting the requested desktop aliases. I wonder if it's because I'm using Path Finder...

    Parallels Desktop for Mac build 3036 Beta is available for download.

    Installing the tools causes MacDrive 6.1.5 to fail in Boot Camp on my MacBook Pro. Fix that and FAT32 and you've sold me.
