For some reason, I cannot get Home XP to install under the newest version (3094). The install constantly locks up, or the CD all of a sudden cannot be booted from the VM. I've tried with the real XP CD, an ISO image, also a copy of the XP CD. The Windows setup will lock up at different points...

How do start with a new set of preferences without losing the VM file? For some strange reason, the shared folders do not show contents everytime I start up. I need to remove and then add the shared folder and it will work for the session until I quit. I'm thinking it's a preferences problem...

If you uninstall, does it still keep your VM disk? I'm having a problem when running Parallels, airport gets shut off. (Grayed out). Can I uninstall, then re-install and the disk image will still be there? Thanks!

Weird. I have always had problems with multi-session CDs. I guess you are right if your other machines read them fine.

If you had email enabled I could email it to you.

This might be a windows issue. It doesn't handle multi-session burns.

OK, this is WEIRD. After giving up, then setting OS X as the default startup and then restarting. IT WORKS!!!!! Scratch the previous post. Apparently with some voodoo, the Intel Mac Mini solo core DOES support VT and XP is very quick.

Does this not work? Uninstalling rEFIt To get rid of rEFIt, open the “Startup Disk” preference pane and select “Mac OS X” as the operating system to boot. This will re-bless your Mac OS X volume and instruct the firmware to boot from it. After this, you can remove the “efi” folder.
