    Possibly a clean solution for "USB device in use" problem

    I too am waiting for Microcosm dongles to be supported in the latest Parallels. I'm sticking with build 1970 for now, in which they *are* supported. Why would this have got broken between times, I wonder ?

    Seconded. My USB dongle hasn't worked in any of the betas, but in build 1970 no problem. Still waiting for Parallels support to get their finger out !

    I got the scoop about version 2.5 from Andrew at Parallels...

    Not good either for those who, like me, need a USB dongle. As far as I can tell dongle support is missing in 3188. Exact same dongle works fine in 1970.

    Parallels Desktop for Mac build 3170 RC3 is available for download.

    RC 3, build 3170, still won't activate the dongle - USB Key Ver 1.0 Microcosm Ltd. - without which I can't run the one application I need. The dongle is detected and appears on the Devices menu. However, it works even less than 3150, which at least lit it up briefly. This one does nothing...

    USB Devices Not Working in RC2

    Hello Parallels. I installed build 3120, on a Mac Pro, but found that it kept trying endlessly to install a "USB subsystem" or something. As a result, I couldn't get my USB dongle working. Had to go back to 1970. I tried build 3094 just for shape. It had the same problem. bye...
