At the moment there is no way to fast switch between open applications on Mac OSX pushed through Parallels RAS.
On Windows you can do ALT+TAB but on Mac OSX this does not work.
CMD+TAB will bring the fast switching but all open applications from RAS are grouped together under one Parallels icon...
