application configuration folder apple

Just updated to Parallels Desktop Version 20.2.0 (55872). Upon completion, my Docked Folders of Linux and Windows VM disappeared. When I went to the section of the Configuration prompts to add the VMs folder to the Dock, the Applications item was there for my Windows VM but not for my Linux VM...
