dock helper

When using Ubar app (an alternative to OSX dock) the lowest part of the Dock Helper is overlapped by the dock (Ubar). The maximize works fine with Ubar. So it might be the Dock Helper identifying the lowest part of the screen incorrectly. Is there a way to fix that or to shift the Dock Helper...
