downgrading from high sierra to sierra

Hi, I've recently upgraded my MacBook Pro to High Sierra only to find that High Sierra has many problems. I plan to downgrade back to Sierra (which was working fine). Unfortunately, the only way to downgrade is to erase everything and rebuild from scratch. I pay for Parallels Desktop...
