error windows in parallels virtual machine

I have a Mac. When I put a Parallels update, it blocks W10 and after all the attempts, I get the copy of TimeMachine and reinstall it. Now I can not link Mac with the virtual machine, because when I try to open something on Mac for W10 it says: "Network error. Windows can not access / Mac / Home...
