glitch

I am experiencing graphical / visual glitches when using Microsoft Word with Tekla TEDD's plugin, this issue occurs with TEDD's standalone app as well. Has anyone experienced anything similar and do you know of any solutions? The problem manifests as a 'crash' sometimes, and sometimes it is...

I tried installing Parallels to my Mac and the window keeps fluctuating. I tried reinstalling it with little success. Does anyone know what it means when the window keeps shrinking and expanding over and over like this?

Occasionally it happens, that the mouse arrow becomes invisible when entering the VM thumbnail view (happens everywhere in that row) making it difficult to navigate e.g. to the settings wheel. I haven't yet found out how to reproduce it.
