Right after the install ir runs REALLY SMOOTH but the problem comes after I shutdown... it becomes really laggy. IDK what to do, I've tried a lot of thinks. When I put startx with SUDO it becomes smooth again BUT I want to reboot It wont let me log in again IDK what to do... please help

I tried installing Parallels to my Mac and the window keeps fluctuating. I tried reinstalling it with little success. Does anyone know what it means when the window keeps shrinking and expanding over and over like this?
