    hi, I own a permanent license for two computers, trying to install Parallels 16 for a second comupter, and typing the key that I had recorded, it tells me that this is invalid. Tried to get support by chat with a representative, it tell me I'm six in line, but now it's about half-hour, is this...

    Can't find the account where my licence key is registered

    I have to re-install my parallels but i don't remember the account where the key has been registered and i need it for the activation. Can you help me ?
