license reset

I want to install Parallels Desktop 18 on my replacement Mac. My old Mac has died. Now I get the message 'This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies.' Is it possible to reset the license as I can't copy my version from my old Mac?

Hi! My Mac crashed and I lost my Parallels license key. Could you please reset my license? I can't log a case in the support section, because my account is not connected with the license, when I try to do it, I got an error saying that the license is already in use.
