All I'm interested in getting a new mac - pretty beefy 2TB SSD drive with 32Gb of ram, I7 with the 2.3ghz/4.1ghz boost, quad core. I basically want to split the machine using parallels on the SSD and on the ram size. I live in Windows for my job, so I need to ensure that Excel performs like I'm...

I recently installed Windows 7 on my Mac Book Pro with Intel i9, 64GB RAM and Radeon Pro 5500M in Parallels 12. Now the problem is that it runs extremely slow and you can't do anything with it. I've also assigned as much hardware as possible to Windows 7, but it still runs really slow. What...

Hi, Is there possible to create and configure a new PC using the Windows file from Parallels Desktop? I am already using Parallels a good time ago (and I totally like it), but I got a new other computer and I should let use Windows only on it. Thanks!

I need to set up a virtual machine using Parallels on my Mac to have macOS as a guest machine. I want to have it be able to share the host file system and clipboard. I would also prefer to be able to restore a configuration from Time Machine or the host Mac. None of the above procedures work...

I use Parallels in order to run the Windows version of MYOB, AccountRight, as some features aren't available in the Mac version AccountEdge. Now when I go to export a report to Excel, that option is greyed out, as AccountRight presumably doesn't recognise my Office 365 for Mac suite. Is there...

Hello there, after a long time I thought I want to play again some game. And I stumpled upon Disco Elysium which really looks & feels great. No problem there on my windows PC, but I want not to play such a game in my office. So I thought to install Parallels with an Win10 VM. Installed GOG...

Dear Community, i have a problem to install the SQL Developer in Parallels on Windows 10. If I click on the setup icon, the installation setup doesn't start. Sometimes I see it for a half second, but I can't detect anything. I disabled optimal for retina in the parallels settings, but it...

I am using Parallels Desktop 15.0 Pro on a Mac. I posted a question to the Mac forum here and would now like to edit it. I haven't found any way to edit (only for tabs). How can I edit the question's text?

I'm having an issue with software metering reporting into current branch of sccm for my Macs. Software metering is enable and is working on the windows end, so I know its something specific to the Mac setup. When launching the software metering rule wizard, the administrators guide to use the...

This may be too daunting of a task, but many other Antivirus programs offer these tools in an all-in-one package, would be nice to see if parallels added their own antivirus to the tool box, or even an add on that we could purchase.

It would be nice if we could have more video memory amount options in the memory slider as opposed to either 50% of RAM (automatic graphics memory) or only 2GB maximum manually assigned... Especially with DirecX 11 games requiring more video memory, some games require 4GB+ vRAM and 8GB RAM.. in...
