For some reason the previous version key is not showing up and it will not move forward with my purchase of the Parallels Desktop...

    Where can find the key from the previous version (Free trial) ?

    I just purchased parallels mac pro edition today to upgrade my free trial (no expire) . When I put in the activation key it asks for the previous version key. I can't find this anywhere even use Terminal How do I find the previous key? Thanks

    Excuse me, I purchased the upgraded version and it's asking for the previous key.But i dont have any, I think the only option is to purchase the new licence one, so please can I ask for a refund to buy the new license.
