x87 precision wrong for 32-bit x86 apps in Windows 11 ARM VM; "Disable floating point optimization" ignored
TL;DR: workaround at step 3 below. The root cause seems to be in Windows' Prism emulator, not Parallels; posting so others with Delphi/x87 apps can find it.
