prl_launchdaemon

Hi, I am wondering if anyone could provide information on the `prl_launchdaemon` executable. I am trying to start the parallels daemon by executing the command; however, after running the command, the daemon does not start as seen by running `sudo launchctl list`. Am I missing something...
