toolbox menu item

Greetings. I cannot find a way to hide the Parallels Toolbox Menu Item, which runs even when Parallels is not running. I would like to hide it, as I do not personally find it useful, and it "gets in my way" from the dozen or so menu items that I actually use. So. I suppose that is a...
