Tortoise svn cache (Tsvncache.exe) is causing to me 100% disk usage when disk have many files and folders. At Stackexchange there is a post saying Microsoft knew of this problem and resolved it, but not at my Windows 10 which is updated. Could it be due to Parallels 14 Pro? I had same problem...
