unresponsive screen

Hi, I'm accessing iMac from Windows computer or iPhone but for some time now I can see the screen on Mac - all open applications but not the Mac's cursor and can't click or do anything. I've reinstalled application on all devices, played with settings but nothing works. Please help me as I need...
