windows 10 existing drive

I have several computers, two of which are HP laptop Windows 10 computers. The rest are Macs. I was swapping out a hard drive on one of the HP laptops and a screw fell into the computers. Computer won't boot with the screw in it. I have removed the hard drive and have it in a USB3 case...
