windows 10 freezing

For the last year I've pretty much stopped using Windows 10 running under Parallels. One repulsion I have is that Windows 10 VM freezes. Sometimes the freeze is for several minutes - at other times the freeze is something around 10, 20, 30 seconds. Or, sometimes Win10 VM is just painfully...
