windows 10 restarts

I leave my iMac and Windows 10 on all the time. I have the Windows and Mac set to not not spin down the hard drive, just to sleep the monitor. I run some windows programs left open. My Windows 10 restarts at least once a day if not more then once. This is a new occurrence probably since August...
