Hi Guys

On our Parallels Remote Application sever v16.0 (build 18335), we are sometimes getting the error 04/00000006 on one of our application servers (Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition (x64) Service Pack 1).

TS Agent ABC-APP-01: [E 04/00000006] GetSessionUsername: Failed to get username. (The system cannot find the file specified. [0x00000002])

Any ideas what this means? Web search has not turned up anything.

The error happens when the TS Agent fails to get the username for a particular session. The most likely cause is that the session was logging off (or closed down for some other reason) while the TS Agent was querying the session's username.
