Yup. I think we do need a response to this. Parallels is a great way to run Ubuntu, but there seems to be no way to upgrade to NN unless the Parallels Tools are updated.
I spent 4 days with the support staff going over this and tried everything in the how to section of manual installing of Linux tools. I guess they don't want to support the most used OS.
Unfortunately, this seems to be the way of Parallels, which I really like. It would be much better if their coders could keep up with Linux kernel changes. You'd think they'd pay attention to Ubuntu, however.
