16-bit Applications

I know it isn't officially supported, but maybe someone here has a way around a problem we're having.

We have a 16 bit application that, unfortunately, is currently impossible to switch away from. The application works great in Terminal Services, but when it's opened through 2X, 2 windows with close to the same name open. Only 1 works correctly. I am assuming the other one is NTVDM, but is there a way to supress this?

16 bit wow thats old... if I put my hands over one of those I check what needs to be done
