[19.2.1 54832] Two keys swapped in all my VMs (windows and linux)

I'm your customer since years (4 licenses of Parallels Desktop). Since last update of the software, with OSX Ventura 13.4.1, i have two keys swapped in my all VMs (no matter if windows or linux guests). The key below ESC and the key to the right of the left SHIFT, respectively the '\' and '<' keys in my italian keyboard. I tried everything and the bug affects my daily work while programming. Anyone has the some problem? Is there any solution?
