Actually palter is correct. Whatever speed Windows reports in a VM, it is not the limiting factor. On a fast machine in Bridged mode the VM can send/receive as fast as your Mac network connection allows, and VM to Mac throughoutput easily achives tens of megabytes which exceeds even 100Mb. You should note however that these numbers highly depend on processer/memory load on the Mac.
As a side note, if you're seeing Realtek driver in VM network connection it indicates that Parallels Tools are not installed (or you have skipped network driver installation). It is highly recommended that you install Parallels Tools as it improves network performance not just because the reported speed is 100Mb.
