2 Parallels 11 questions for the pro version

If I purchase the desktop pro version:
  • Do I have to play 49.99 for the desktop and 49.99 for the pro?
  • If I choose not to pay the pro subscription after a year I loose the desktop version as well?
Do I need the pro version to emulate Windows Phone 8 and 10 inside a Windows 10 virtual machine?
