The first problem is that I get the semi-transparent message that parallels tools will be installed. I have found that editing boot.ini to change /NoExecute=OptOut to OptIn fixes it but only temporarily because Parallels seems to be replacing boot.ini.

The second problem is that after using Windows XP (with all the latest patches) for a while, the keys go screwy. All of a sudden, hitting the letter 'f' opens the start menu. 'J' opens help. and so on. I have to shut down Windows and Parallels and restart to return back to normal operation. I've had similar issues with previous builds.

Edit: I am starting Windows via BootCamp.
