For certain users, the chosen 2x application when selected and opened, will minimize immediately and not respond to being restored or closed. The only method to close the application is to end task. Logging off the sessions and attempting to reopen the application will not work either. The workaround to this problem is issuing the user 2x admin rights, not what we would like to do at all, but apparently this resolves the issue of the program being functional. Originally the ad user falls under group membership of 2x-singlescreen. Any help to resolve the issue?
I see this problem appear for subsequent client sessions after a server administrator (rights) uses an remote application, especially on wider/double client screens. What happens is the application window is moved off-screen (it still appears in the taskbar). Standard Windows move works: from the taskbar application icon, select Move or Size, then use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move the window back or resize to where you can see it.
