We're hosting a inventory application for contracted partners and for this particular application we occasionally run into the situation where a user will have the application minimized immediately upon opening and becomes unresponsive. If you were to log off all sessions and reattempt to open the application it still does not function. These users are first time users as well so they were not able to log in before and this happens for them upon initial use. The only workaround we discovered was to set the user's active directory account to have membership to '2x admins' as opposed to the typical '2x-single screen' group membership. Can anyone explain this occurrence and a possible solution?
