Hello, I've just purchased a godaddy.com SSL certificate for my 2x Application Server. It works fine from the 2x access portal (https), but when I try to connect to resources I receive an error "Unable to get local issuer certificate". I get this error from both the web portal and the 2x client. I guess it's because the 2x software does not have the GoDaddys root CA installed. Is there any way to manually install it? I am running version 8.0 (build 819) - Enterprise edition. Please help!
HI Kindly test using 2x windows client v8.0.827 Available from http://www.2x.com/downloads/AppServer-L ... Client.msi ApplicationServer and VirtualDesktopServer Changelog VirtualDesktopServer Version 8.0.0 (827) - 01th March 2010 Windows Client Updated root trusted certificates. 2x Changelog http://www.2x.com/downloads/AppServer-L ... ngeLog.txt
Hi There, We are experiencing the same issue here. We have updated to Version 8.0.829 (Server + Client). The client now states that it is "Unable to get local issuer certificate". We are using a RapidSSL cert and it was fine before the latest update. Has it been removed from the root trusted certificates?
I'm have the exact same issue. I couldn't even import the GoDaddy certificate into the 2X console until I converted it into PEM format. We're on build 829. Even then i still get the error you are receiving.
I am also getting this error with the latest build 8.1(875) server and client. The certificate was also from Godaddy.com. Have there been any updates to this issue?
All root cretificates accepted by the client can be found in the file "trusted.pem" found in the folder "C:\Program Files\2X\Client". You can manually add the root certificate here. Please open a support case so that it is automatically added in future version of the client.
