2x AppSvr XG 11 Failed connecting normal users

I am just tessting 2x ApplicationServer XG 11, after I published applications to shere with my users, I try to connect to those applications, but I can not connect to normal groups, the thing is that I only can connect using the local Administrator user and de Domain Controller user, but can not connect using other users from the local OS or DC. The only way I can connect using other users from the local is adding those users to the Administratos Group.

Do anyone knows why is happening that? I need to connect using other group users not only administrators groups

The error is "[3] - The remote computer has ended the connection."

That error message is most likely generated by the computer you are connecting to. Try connecting with the standard Microsoft Native RDP client to see more information.
