2x Client asking for username/password

Whenever i try to login it would ask for a user name and password...yet i never put a password at all! and if i leave it blank it would ask "Logon failure. user account restriction, Possible reasons are blank passwords not allowed, logon hour restrictions, or a policy restriction has been reinforced" Also i if were to put in a password it would say "invalid user name or password" Help! thanks!
 
you need to put in the credentials of the machine you are connecting to.

If you are in a domain environment, put in AD credentials that allow you to connect
