2X Client Disconnect Issue

I have about 32 offsites that are connecting to our main site through 2X. A number of sites have complained to me about frequent disconnects where they are able to access websites and any other resource we use. They are able to reconnect immediately. The problem is, these disconnects obviously are closing the applications that they are using such as excel, word, etc. and its cutting down our productivity. It can't be the ISP because all of the 32 sites are located in different areas and some of them even use different ISP's. What can I do about this?
