2x Universal PDF Printer printing Blank Page

Hi,

I'm using 2x Appln Server & Load Balancer 6.0 (Build 421) for quite some time now on Win 2003 SP2. Problem encounter just from last week is that the Universal PDF Printing feature which was working fine was printing blank pages for the remote application that we run at various places on Win XP SP2/SP3.

This feature never gave a problem before until recently. Not getting any clue from the event logs etc.

Can anyone help?? Its Quite urgent.

Is this issue occurring on all clients? I suggest to test using v8.1.930 available from http://downloads.2x.com/#appserver as it includes various fixes and improvements that might solve your issue, change log location http://www.2x.com/downloads/AppServer-L ... ngeLog.txt

Please note that you are using an old version of the product. Fixes and improvements were added to the universal printing. I suggest you upgrade your version
