Reconnect to disconnect sessions is checked
Reconnect sessions using client ip address only checked (this fixed issue in 829 but doesn't work at all in 875)
Ever since upgrading to 8.1 829 I have had problems with users reconnecting to the disconnect sessions. User will hit gateway and just connect to a new server every time. I can reproduce this every time with my account and just 2 servers in the farm. Support told me to upgrade to 875 and that didn't help. after many hours with support they still have no resolution for this.
I have had an open ticket with support for over a week and with numerous calls and emails no one has called me back. This is a huge problem because it causes errors in our main data entry program (user has program open and loses data when they have to re-enter)
has anyone else had this problem since im getting no help from support directly im hoping this will work
