3120 not saving window position

The last two builds (3120 and 3106) will not save the window position on my system. I have searched the forums for solutions, and tried many things including un-install, and deleting preferences etc.

Everything else is working great, and this is just a small annoyance.

Mac Pro 2.66 - 3gb memory. 10.4.8
 
I had the same problem. Removing and reinstalling Parallels Tools "fixed" the problem. Worth a try?
