how do you install it. do i need to unistall my old paralells build first? i assume that you do not have to tebuild your vm.. is there an express mode for those of us with special needs ?are threre new tools? where can i find a little documentation on coherence and te other features?

New builds are installed as update on your last version.
Read about coherence on parallels website:

no
just read the instructions on the download pages

the installer checks your machine
and makes an update if that is that is needed

do update the parallels tools manually if the auto upadte fails
