Build 3170 is very stable for me. Is there any reason why I should install 3188. I am hearing a lot of things about it, mostly bad, but the good usually doesn't get posted.
If you don't need any of the newer features such as coherence then there may be no compelling reason to upgrade. Especially since you're happy with what you have. A lot of folks have had problems with 3188 and so it isn't unreasonable to predict yet another release is forthcoming, so you may which to sit this one out.
