My Mac Pro stopped with a kernel panic when I was attempting to open a 3rd VM. The first was Server 2003 with 1GB of memory assigned. The second was a Windows XP SP2 VM with 384 MB assigned. The third was a new VM that I was attempting to boot from a Windows PE OS installation ISO image created with Microsoft BDD (An OS Image creation tool). The Kernel Panic occurred when the Win PE bootloader reported an ACPI error with the VM.
