3186 Upgraded, USB Mouse Problem in Vista

Is anyone else having USB mouse problems on Vista (guest systen) or OS X *host) after upgrading to 3186? I am running a MBP. I even have the problem in the native OS X. I lose the mouse when I start Parallels. I have this problem in both normal/full screen mode and coherence modes.

Update: I can't explain this but I simply replaced my HP travel mouse with another M$FT USB mouse and it works everywhere. Of course, I don't have my travel mouse with me to confirm that it possibly went bad. Anyhow, it appears my native and host USB mouse support it back in full working order.
